Many workplaces lack the time or resources to invest in the upskilling of their staff. Yet without Managers having the appropriate HR & IR skills in place, may lead to poor decision making, that in turn leads to conflict and possibly litigation.
Andrew See will work with Managers either at the workplace or by remote access to assist them better understand what needs to take place to ensure effective employee relations at work.
This could include examining and assisting in bridging the gap where the most critical skills deficiencies are impacting on the business and working collaboratively with a variety of 'real time' training and coaching activities, to allow Managers to assume greater autonomy and confidence in the handling of employee relations issues.
